The Toy Story characters we love are back on the big screen in Toy Story 4! And that means lots of new toys and games in stores, as well!
As much as we’re excite to check out the movie, we’ve had some “OMG!” moments in the toy aisles when we saw some of the awesome new toys they came out with. Here are our favorite new Toy Story 4 toys and games.
Toy Story 4
Woody has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So, when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky, declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy.
But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep. After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.
Hitting the road with your family? Fuel up with Woody’s Road Trip Snack Mix!
LEGO has several Toy Story 4 sets out this year. They are all super cool, but if we had to choose one, it would be the Carnival Thrill Coaster. All your LEGO minifigures can ride the coaster!
Ever since the first Toy Story movie, playing "Andy's Coming" has been a thing. But this is the first time we've seen the actual toys play that game. We need to have a Buzz and Woody who will drop when we yell "somebody's coming"!
Both are Available at Target:
Speaking of the claw machine, ShopDisney has this miniature claw machine complete that works! Use the controls to pick up aliens with the claw and drop them in the chute!
We love Hot Wheels that are designed to look like our favorite characters. This set has Woody, Buzz, Rex, Bo Peep, and new characters Forky and Ducky & Bunny from Toy Story 4.
"Forky" is at the heart of the action in Toy Story 4, and we already couldn't resist picking up a small Forky figurine. So this talking Forky is going on our "must-have" list.
This large, soft, talking Alien is out-of-this-world! Squeeze it, and not only will it say all the phrases you know and love (plus more), but his antenna will also light up!
We wish there had been more Disney sets in the Little People collection before our kids outgrew them. We'll stop short of saying this makes us want to have another kid, but any preschoolers we know are getting one of these for their next gift!
Bo Peep is reunited with the gang in Toy Story 4, along with some of her new friends. This set is cool because of the way they interact with each other. But you can also use Bo Peep by herself.
Kids can go "to infinity and beyond" when they strap on their very own Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Armor. The buttons activate the visor, phrases, and sound effects.
Recreate all your favorite scenes from Toy Story 4 with this deluxe figure set that includes classic Toy Story characters Woody, Buzz, Jessie and Bo Peep, along with new characters Forky, Ducky, Bunny, Duke Caboom, and Gabby Gabby.
This set of Potato Heads is hysterical fun. It comes with a full-size Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head, plus 7 little spuds with accessories for dressing them like the other Toy Story 4 characters!
Coming this Fall! A new cooperative deck-building game from USAopoly! This looks intriguing as the gameplay works its way through all the Toy Story movies and shorts. We're going to have to give this a try!
