Nachos and a Margarita

Hola! This week’s Foodie Friday takes us to Mexico. No, not the real Mexico, but the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. If you’re looking for a great counter service restaurant for lunch or even a quick snack, you should try La Cantina de San Angel. Two of my favorite eats at this place are the Nachos and the Classic Lime Margarita on the Rocks.

Nachos and Margarita

For $9.99 you can get a giant plate of mouthwatering nachos. That may seem like a lot for nachos, but they are big enough to share. These nachos start with a layer of corn tortilla chips. They are then topped with ground beef, nacho cheese, fresh tomatoes, jalepenos, black beans, and sour cream.

To wash down your nachos, I suggest you try a margarita! La Cantina de San Angel has 4 different kinds of Margaritas on their menu.

Frozen Lime Margarita $9.50
Frozen Wildberry Margarita $9.50
Frozen Passion Fruit Margarita $9.50
Classic Lime Margarita on the Rocks $9.50
I opted for the Classic Lime Margarita on the Rocks. It was delicious and refreshing. The perfect drink for the spicy nachos.
Be sure to stop by La Cantina de San Angel on your next trip to World Showcase!
