If you are looking for some fast and flavorful foods from all over the world, then we suggest you head to Epcot’s World Showcase on your next visit. While we haven’t been brave enough to eat around World Showcase in one sitting, we sure have made an attempt to try snacks from each country. When compiling our list of our favorite Disney Snacks, many of our choices came from World Showcase. Here are some of our suggestions for snacking around World Showcase.
If you’re looking for a great counter service restaurant for lunch or even a quick snack, you should try La Cantina de San Angel. Two of my favorite eats at this place are the Nachos and the Classic Lime Margarita on the Rocks. You can get a giant plate of mouthwatering nachos. That may seem like a lot for nachos, but they are big enough to share. These nachos start with a layer of corn tortilla chips. They are then topped with ground beef, nacho cheese, fresh tomatoes, jalepenos, black beans, and sour cream.
To wash down your nachos, I suggest you try a margarita! La Cantina de San Angel has 4 different kinds of Margaritas on their menu.
Norway
Norway School Bread- This delicious treat can be found at the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion. School bread is a Disney food classic and something that is not to be missed on your way around World Showcase. Grab one of these and a coffee and munch while you wait for Elsa and Anna.

Italy
If you are feeling tired by this point in World Showcase, I suggest you stop for a rest at Via Napoli. This restaurant instantly became one of our family’s must dos and the reason is all because of the pizza. When we ate there, we chose the Margherita. It was absolutely perfect! While it takes more time to eat at a table service restaurant then grabbing a quick snack, believe me this will be worth your time. But, if you are in a hurry, you can always head to the Italian Gelato Kiosk for some Gelato, Cannoli, or some Tiramisu.
Germany
No stop to Germany is complete without a warm, soft pretzel. Head to Sommerfest for an authentic hand-twisted pretzel.

American Adventure
The American Adventure is home to James’ favorite treat in maybe all of Walt Disney World, funnel cake. This snack is perfect for sharing. True Story: He once used the last remaining day on his multi-day pass to enter EPCOT and walk to the American Pavilion, JUST to get a funnel cake and bring it out of the park! Yeah, they’re that good!
France
By the time you get around to France, you might be in the mood for some dessert (again). Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles is the place you want to go to sample some of the best snacks France has to offer. I highly suggest you try Pain au Chocolate or Chocolate Croissant. This delicious snack made both of our best snacks list. As you can see, we couldn’t resist taking a bite before taking a picture.
While there are many more eats and treats to enjoy around World Showcase, these are some of our favorite. We hope to try more in the future and maybe even dare to snack around the world one of these days.
What is your favorite World Showcase snack?

I've had the nachos while going through the Mexico pavilion & the School Bread from Norway is soooo good! The pizza place wasn't opened yet when I last was there & that's definitely on my list of places to eat.

Now I really want some schoolbread and a pretzel. Probably too many carbs but it's Disney! :)

I'm with Mike. I've never had the school bread either. Now that you say it's filled with vanilla custard, though, I might have to try it. I love donuts filled with that kind of cream, as opposed to the white, sugary stuff. There are just SO MANY fabulous snacks at Epcot that it's hard to choose!

Good morning! Nothing like taking a look at food in the morning to get you ready for breakfast! I'll confess that I've never had school bread -- is it a sweet treat or a salty treat? I couldn't tell based on the picture. Also, is that like a butter you spread over it in the center, or something else? I'd love to know, thanks for helping this newbie!

School bread is a sweet snack.Basically it is sweet bread with vanilla custard in the inside and covered with toasted coconut. Delish! I hope you get to try it sometime!
