You may already shop at Target. You may already know how to save money on all your purchases, including Disney merchandise, by using your Target REDcard. But did you know you can apply that savings to your Disney vacation as well? Here’s how.

Our Local Target Store |
We shop at Target pretty much every week. The convenience, quality and selection of goods they offer, and the value for our money make it a no-brainer for us. Our #DisneySide can also be brought out when we’re there because they offer a lot of Disney merchandise such as toys, DVDs, games, apparel, etc.

My Target Debit REDcard gets A LOT of use |
That’s why we had to have the Target Redcard. The Target REDcards are free no-fee cards, offered in both credit and debit versions, which give Target customers a number of benefits:
Target REDCard Benefits
- 5% off every day
- Free shipping at Target.com (no minimum purchase)
- Extended returns — 30 extra days
- Up to 1% of purchases go to school of your choice
- The online application process for debit
and credit has immediate approval (except for some debit
applications that require a few days to confirm a bank account) - REDcard holders can easily check their
credit card account balance, make a payment, review past
statements, check their debit card transaction history and manage
their PIN. They also get to enjoy exclusive offers available only
to REDcard holders.

The 5% discount is automatically applied at the checkout. Simple as that. |

Our local Target usually has $25 and $50 Disney Gift Cards |
$25, you save $1.25.
$50, you save $2.50.
$100, you save $5.00.
$1000, you save $50.00!
$2000, you save $100.00!!
$5000, you save $250.00!!!
Disney Gift Cards never expire. They can be used just like cash at Disney stores, Disney Parks, Disney Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, and Disneystore.com. You can use them to pay for your resort package, park tickets, dining, merchandise and snack purchases, entertainment, etc.
Where to find Gift Cards
![]() |
Our local Target keeps Gift Cards near the DVDs |
or near the registers at the front of the store:

And don’t overlook the other Gift Card offerings. You could save 5% on your flight, on restaurants you eat at outside of Disney or on the road while you are driving there.

Target calls these “Entertainment Cards”, not Gift Cards. |
Want to save even more? If you live in a state eligible to participate in Target’s pharmacy rewards program, you could receive an additional discount which can be stacked on top of the 5% REDcard discount.
Don’t want to have piles of Disney Gift Cards lying around and risk losing them? Transfer balances to combine them at https://www.disneygiftcard.com/

Sunday 8th of January 2017
