#DisneySide Golden Mickey Party – Showing our #DisneySide

We received free products, including our celebration kit, from Disney Parks and Mom Select in order to host the #DisneySide @Home Celebration. The opinions expressed here are our own.

We used the HP Photo Card Packs that came in our #DisneySide @Home Celebration box of goodies to help our guests show their #DisneySide!  Check out the images we created using props and the HP Photo Creations Software (free download).

One of the many great things that came in our #DisneySide @Home Celebration box was the HP Photo Card Pack, which included 10 5×7 glossy photo paper sheets, 10 5×7 envelopes, and 5 4×6 glossy photo sheets.

There were 10 packs in all, which left us with a lot of Photo paper, even after we used a couple of packs to create our custom party invitations.
So, what would we do with the remaining packs?  Well, in keeping with our Hollywood/Awards Show theme, we decided to set up a Red Carpet Papparazzi area where our guests could show off their #DisneySide.
We built a very simple backdrop from PVC pipe, white plastic table cloth from Party City, and added some embellishments left over from the party decorations, and some Papparazzi shadows that we found on Amazon.com.
Not knowing how many of our guests would be bringing their own props or attire, we gathered up our numerous dress-up items and Disney hats to have on hand for our guests to adorn themselves with for their picture.

We used the HP Photo Creations software to add #DisneySide Frames to our pictures.  The software is free to download and gives you lots of options for designing cards, calendars, and photo collages.  You can choose to print your own creations, or have them printed for you and shipped to you.
We took some liberties in adding our logo and a Golden Mickey to the frame, as well as altering the horizontal frame to fit some of our vertical pictures.
Here are the results:
