Sitting down for a meal in Walt Disney World doesn’t necessarily have to be “down time” from being entertained. There are a number of dinner shows within the resort that offer great entertainment along with some nourishment for tired bodies.
Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show

The open air theater makes this show subject to cancellation due to severe or inclement weather. Advance Payment is required and a cancellation fee may apply.
Refer the official Walt Disney World website for up to date information as well as to make a reservation for the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue

Advace payment is required when making your reservation and cancellation fees may apply.
Mickey’s Backyard BBQ
The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness ResortEnjoy all the barbecue favorites you can eat, but don’t overdo it because you want to be able to get up and dance with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Chip n Dale to live country music!
Prices: the official site says $30-$60. (2 table credits on the Disney Dining Plan or Disney Deluxe Dining Plan) I went to book a reservation for July and it said the cost would be $49 per adult and $28 per child. It appears the price varies by season.

Here’s a video of the finale of the show:
